This module is the foundation for any Psychic work you will continue to do. This module is split into 2 parts. Grounding & Protection will be your bedrock for any future practice. Being grounded is the most important skill for any psychic development work. "You cannot go up unless you go down first" You have to be firmly grounded before you can open a clear dialogue with your spirit team. I will show you why and how to do this effectively. We will cover- *Exercises for grounding & protection for all situations you may encounter. *Brain wave activity and how this relates to harness your gift. *Quick effective meditation techniques to achieve the right vibration to do The Work. *Rituals on how to clear unwanted energy in your energetic body and your home. Space clearing Ceremony for your home. How to clear the energy in your home, office or hotel room. This ritual will be given to you on a pdf as homework. This has to be completed by the next lesson so we can review and discuss. Meditation journey We will finish this session with a journey to meet your current Power animal. Power Animals change depending on what is needed in your life. What you had before may well change today.
